A swift-thinking cyclist has reported a suspicious fire in a reserve near the Eastlink bike track in Dandenong North.
The rider discovered three small spot-fires at the base of a large tree near Pinewood Avenue about 3.30pm on Friday 1 March.
Emergency services were contacted, and the small fires were extinguished.
