A 39-year-old man has been charged with burglary and criminal damage after being found by police in a Dandenong fish-and-chip shop.
The Frankston man had entered through the shop’s roof about 8.10pm on 16 July.
Police discovered him hiding at the frozen fish display cabinet, then trying to make an escape.
He was remanded to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 17 July.
