Tobacco shop rammed by car

A Springvale tobacco shop’s front has been damaged during an attempted ram raid.

Police say that unknown offenders reversed a light-blue coloured sedan through the shop front on Balmoral Avenue about 4.20am on Thursday 26 September.

The offenders did not gain access and drove away empty-handed, according to police.

Dandenong Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating.
