MR RENTAL Dandenong put on an apron and poured the tea for Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, held on Tuesday.
The Dandenong appliance rental store raised over $250 from gold coin donations from the event.
Store owner Sharon Thomas said the morning tea was a traditional event for the store, and it was a great success.
“The whole team is enthusiastic about raising money for the cause and this was a great chance to get the community involved,” Ms Thomas said.
The morning tea included hot drinks, traditional scones and other hand-cooked treats.
Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea raises money for the Cancer Council Australia’s work in cancer research, education, prevention and support.
