A 24-year-old driver was arrested and charged with traffic offences and charges relating to possessing methamphetamines, prohibited weapons, proceeds of crime and storing unauthorised explosive (fireworks).
The charges come after a routine vehicle check by Dandenong Police in Hemmings Street, Dandenong, about 3.20 am on Saturday 10 September.
He was bailed to appear at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 30 November.
