Highland heaven despite the weather

DRIZZLY weather conditions failed to stop hundreds of Greater Dandenong residents from turning out to the Scottish Heritage Day at Greaves Reserve last Sunday.
Organised by the Dandenong Agricultural and Pastoral Society, and in its fourth year, the heritage day was packed with Scottish Games, a pipe band, Highland Dancing, and a host of all other things Scottish.
The day focused on hosting competitions for horses of Scottish lineage, but was made special by the appearance of some showgrounds regulars such as Col Sellings and his working dogs, of Moe, who regularly attend the Dandenong Show.
