STUDENTS at St Elizabeth’s Parish School in Dandenong North welcomed Education Minister John Lenders (centre) as he joined them in the Cancer Council Victoria fundraiser, Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea on Tuesday.
Mr Lenders also toured the school to inspect its new ‘Smart Boards’ – electronic whiteboards that allow interactive learning, including the ability for teachers to print out information on the board and provide the handy notes to students.
Mr Lenders’ visit coincides with the school’s 30th birthday celebrations this year, and is part of its Feast Week celebrations.
