GETTING older has never been easier thanks to a series of free, interactive seminars to be hosted at Dandenong Library next month.
The one-hour sessions, aimed at the over 50s age group, will be delivered by trained peer educators from the Council on the Ageing.
Audience members have the opportunity to ask questions about growing older, depression, memory loss, medication and wellbeing.
Handouts will be distributed at each session for participants to take home.
Sessions will be held at the Dandenong Library meeting room in the council offices at Stuart Street, Dandenong.
Bookings are essential, so phone 9238 1489.
