TWO teenagers from this month’s Noble Park riot have turned themselves in to police.
Dandenong detectives pursuing those who ran riot in Noble Park’s Blockbuster video store on 13 January said two 18-year-old men handed themselves in on 15 January.
Police said one youth from Endeavour Hills and the other from Noble Park made the decision after seeing their faces on television.
Police have charged the teenagers with riot, affray, burglary and theft.
On 18 January police also charged a 16-year-old Noble Park North boy, a 15-year-old Dandenong boy and a 14-year-old Dandenong boy with various counts of riot, affray, criminal damage, burglary and theft.
Police said the 47-year-old mother of the 16-year-old Noble Park North boy was later arrested and interviewed in relation to the riots, but was not charged.
On 19 January, police arrested a 15-year-old Cranbourne West boy and charged him with affray, riot, burglary, theft and criminal damage.
And on 22 January police arrested two Croydon men, aged 18 and 20, and charged them with riot and affray.
