DANDENONG’S peak retail body is urging businesses to get along this month to its major function.
Dandenong Retail Traders’ Association (DRTA) chairman Roy Aspinall said the opportunity to meet and listen to Richard Uglow, Coles Myer compliance manager for Victoria and Tasmania, was one not be missed.
Mr Uglow’s speech will be titled My Experiences Working for the Largest Retail Employer in Australia.
Mr Aspinall said: “I encourage all retailers to make the effort to attend and hear from an excellent guest speaker.”
Bookings close tomorrow for the AGM and Business Awards Dinner, which will be held on 29 November at 6.30pm in the Dandenong Club. Places are limited and can be booked on 9791 1541.
DRTA members will receive one ticket free but must pay for subsequent tickets, which cost $45 and include a threecourse dinner.
