POLICE busted six drug-drivers and seven drink-drivers in a traffic operation in Dandenong last week.
The operation involved police, the Sheriff’s Office, Immigration Department and EPA at booze bus sites in Lonsdale Street and the Princes Highway.
It ran from 6pm on Friday night until 2am on Saturday morning with police detecting six drivers affected by illicit drugs, and seven over the .05 blood-alcohol limit.
They also arrested two people in a stolen car and the Sheriff’s Department detected several people with outstanding warrants.
Overall, police tested 1502 people during the operation.
