RETURNED Dandenong North Ward councillor John Kelly appeared in last week’s “Meet the councillors” article, incorrectly, with a picture of outgoing Dandenong Ward councillor David Kelly above his comments.
John Kelly, 53, is the longest-serving City of Greater Dandenong councillor, having been elected to Dandenong North Ward since council amalgamations in the mid-1990s.
