Healthy night out

AN EVENT titled Blokes’ Night Out might sound like trouble.
But in Noble Park on Tuesday, 8 May it will be one of the most important nights for local blokes to discuss men’s health issues.
The Rotary Club of Noble Park and the Keysmen Shed from the Keysborough Learning Centre are jointly organising the forum, which will kick off at 7pm at the Noble Park Football Social Club, Moodemere St, Noble Park.
The forum will be focused on issues of health and well being for men.
The keynote speakers include Tony Morwood, a former local and Sydney Swans football player, Bernard Denner, a highly entertaining and leading men’s health educator who has worked throughout Australia including with remote Indigenous communities.
There will also be speakers to be announced from mental health oganisation Beyond Blue, and men’s health body Andrology Australia.
There will be an open panel discussion to conclude the night.
Entry is free, with the Rotary Club of Noble park picking up the bill.
