THE land on which Keysborough nursery and garden experts Floriana Pty Ltd sits has been sold, according to the store’s operations manager, James Wall.
Mr Wall said Floriana had an agreement with the unnamed buyers of the land, on Perry Road, Keysborough, that the store could stay for at least three years.
He said this would give them plenty of time to find a suitable site to relocate the store.
“We don’t have to get off the land for at least three to five years,” he said.
