GREATER Dandenong council will not support any amendments allowing the Lyndhurst tip to accept hazardous waste.
Councillors passed the motion at Monday’s meeting and agreed to rely on the advice of Mark Dreyfus QC who has to date represented the council. in its tribunal clash with Lyndhurst landfill operator, SITA.
