Walk in for artists’ work on display

WALKER Street Gallery is celebrating June with invigorating displays from two local artists.
Peter Rowe and Kylie Watson both work at Chisholm Institute of TAFE in Dandenong and have provided the fruits of their arts and crafts for the Collaged Images exhibition running throughout the month of June at Walker Street Gallery.
Mr Rowe is program coordinator for art and design and Ms Watson is sessional print making teacher at Chisholm.
Gallery coordinator Cathy van Ee described their works as “intriguing images wonderfully alive with colour and detail”.
The official opening of the exhibition is 6.30pm tonight (Thursday) and viewing times are 11am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 11am to 3pm on Saturdays until 26 June.
Walker Street Gallery is located on the corner of Walker and Robinson Streets, Dandenong.
