POLICE are calling for public help to catch a serial flasher who has plagued parts of Noble Park and Springvale since September.
Dandenong detectives say the man has committed three separate wilful and obscene exposures since September to girls as young as 10.
The last known incident was on 12 October.
In each case the man is driving a car and pulls up beside the young girls.
He then calls them over to his car, exposes himself and begins to masturbate.
Police have described the car as an older model blue or green station wagon.
The man is in his 30s, with balding hair, blonde or red underarm hair and speaks with a distinctly Australian accent.
