KEYSBOROUGH Olympian Natalia Rahman has given Star readers a glimpse into her time spent in the Beijing athletes’ village.
Ms Rahman, 26, who competed in the women’s skeet shooting event rubbed shoulders with celebrities and fellow Australian Olympians while staying at the village.
She told Star that she had become known by her Australian team-mates for being photographed with as many stars as possible.
Ms Rahman failed to qualify for the final in her first Olympic Games, but has vowed to represent Australia at the 2012 Olympics in London.
Star has followed Ms Rahman’s Olympic dream since 2006, when she carried the Commonwealth Games baton, and later won gold in that competition.
