A SPRINGVALE man has been remanded in custody after being charged with obscene-behaviour offences allegedly committed in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs since April.
The 44-year-old man was arrested being seen allegedly engaged in wilful and obscene exposure at a bus stop at the intersection of Lakeview Avenue and Stud Road in Rowville about 2pm on Monday.
He faces 23 counts of wilful and obscene behaviour, nine of an indecent act with a child under 16 years, one indecent assault, one count of convicted sex-offender loiter, and three minor traffic offences.
