A 28-YEAR-OLD Kingsville man has been charged with the rape of a nine-year-old child in the Noble Park area. He also faces several other charges.
The man was refused bail when he appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Monday and was remanded to face court again on 12 January 2010.
