A MAN charged with lighting fires in Springvale South will face court later this month.
A hearing at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court last week heard Aaron Duggan, 22, had admitted to some charges during a case conference but had denied others. But defence lawyer Robert Davis did not say which charges had been discussed at the case conference or whether they were the arson charges. Mr Duggan has not yet entered a plea to any of the charges and did not apply for bail.
Magistrate Edwin Batt remanded Mr Duggan, whose address cannot be published for legal reasons, in custody. He will appear before Dandenong Magistrates’ Court for a contest mention later this month.
