A 54-YEAR-OLD man from Heath Hill died in hospital this week after he was struck by a car in Endeavour Hills on Wednesday 24 November.
The man, a council worker, had stopped his vehicle and was going to work on a water leak on the nature strip at Kennington Park Drive about 3.25pm when he was struck.
A vehicle travelling east crossed over to the west-bound lanes of the road and hit the man’s truck, then hit him.
The Heath Hill man suffered head injuries, pelvic, chest and leg injuries.
Paramedics placed him into an induced coma before he was taken to The Alfred hospital where he died three days later.
