THREE young men have been arrested after a two-day string of car thefts and arson.
Police allege the three men stole five cars from Dandenong and Dandenong South on Sunday 29 and Monday 30 May and did burnouts and street-raced the cars before setting them on fire.
A 17-year-old Dandenong boy was charged and remanded in custody to appear at Dandenong Children’s Court on 17 June.
A 16-year-old Cranbourne North boy was charged and bailed to appear at the Dandenong Children’s Court on 1 July.
A 20-year old Cranbourne North man was charged and bailed to appear at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 12 August.
