Entertainment for the whole family

With a $50m refurbishment in 2018, Gumbuya World offers loads of first-class entertainment for the whole family, as well as opportunities for groups, schools and clubs to experience a very unique and entertaining day out.

Whether visitors are taking the plunge on epic water slides, soaking in the rays with a drift along the 300-metre Lazy River, or getting deliriously drenched on Typhoon Island, Oasis Springs is bursting with fantastic fun. Relax in heated rock pools, catch the perfect wave at Surf’s Up, and, to add a splash of style to the day, guests can even book a luxury cabana.

Visitors can also wander through the incredible wildlife trail which has over 50 species of animals to discover. Adventurous animal lovers will feel as though they have been transported into the outback where they can hand feed native furry friends including kangaroos, wallabies and emus.

Those seeking adventure will not be disappointed with the Oz Adventure, which features rides that will thrill children and adults alike.

Add adventure, ambience and a touch of authentic Australia to a corporate, social or family event. Outside regular operating hours, an exclusive event provides guests with private access to the park, including rides and attractions and catering. Alternatively, book an event while the park is open and soak up the carnival atmosphere with other guests while enjoying exclusive use of the Gumbuya World function rooms and event spaces.

Gumbuya World is committed to driving the growth of Melbourne’s South-East with the support of the Cardinia Shire Council and Government. The theme park will be a leading local and tourist destination and will continue to evolve through future phases to attract visitors from Victoria, Australia and the world.
