COOPERS Brewery’s chairman will be the guest speaker at the 21st annual South East Business Networks’ (SEBN) industry dinner.
Glenn Cooper will speak about how the small family brewer survives among the global giants at Sandown Racecourse on Thursday 21 August.
Fifth generation family members run Coopers, which has become the largest Australian-owned brewery and the third biggest in the country.
Mr Cooper will tell guests how to position a company in a tough market that includes well-resourced multi-national competitors and still increase its market share.
He will talk about the importance of company culture, no matter the size, and the Coopers model for integrating family members – key ingredients in its success and longevity.
Mr Cooper is also the Australia-Made Campaign chairman.
Pre-dinner drinks start at 6.30pm for a 7pm event start.
The event concludes at 10pm.
Sandown Racecourse is at 591 to 659 Princes Highway, Springvale.
