UP TO 20 African men surrounded and robbed a teenage boy on his way home in Noble Park.
The 15-year-old boy was walking along Robert Street with two friends about 7.10pm on 11 October when the group approached.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Senior Constable Bret Lavars said one asked the victim what he had in his pocket and stole his Samsung Galaxy phone.
They also searched his bag before leaving the scene.
