ARSONISTS set fire to a rubbish bin in Dandenong just after 1am on 31 January.
Residents from units at 60 Clow Street noticed flames coming from the bin on the property and called the CFA, which extinguished the blaze.
Police urged anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
