Police want to speak to this man regarding a mobile phone that went missing.

POLICE are searching for a thief who stole a mobile phone in Springvale last month.
The man entered a fast food outlet on Heatherton Road about 8.30pm on Wednesday 18 November.
It is alleged he stole an Apple iPhone 4 from the counter and left.
He is described as Indian in appearance with black hair, a moustache and a solid build.
