A MAN required plastic surgery after being stabbed several times outside his Dandenong unit on Monday night.
After exchanging a few text messages with another man, the victim was lured outside his King Street unit during a call from a private number about 9.40pm on 1 February.
As the victim walked down the steps, he was attacked by the man who held an item in each hand.
During a scuffle, the victim received cuts to his forearm, and scratches to his forehead and chest.
The victim was taken to The Alfred hospital for plastic surgery on his forearm wounds, police said.
