SECURE your number plates with one-way screws, police are urging.
The crime is continuing to plague Greater Dandenong motorists and police recommend the screws as a preventative measure.
The stolen plates are often used during other crimes, like petrol drive-offs and burglaries.
Greater Dandenong Neighbourhood Watch has a supply of the screws.
Call president Dawn Vernon on 0407 325 030 or attend the community forum at Paddy O’Donoghue Centre in Noble Park at 7.30pm on Wednesday 16 March.
