Cash linked to election win

Clare O'Neil and Julian Hill, centre, pledge the cash at SECL.

South East Community Links would receive an $18,000 boost under a Labor Federal Government.
Hotham MP Clare O’Neil made the pledge at the Springvale organisation on Friday 24 June alongside Bruce Labor candidate Julian Hill, SECL CEO Rhonda Cumberland and volunteers.
She said the cash would deliver a new phone system and that she had long been an advocate for the organisation.
