Gun death man named

A 20-year-old Dandenong man who died from gunshot wounds in Dallas in northern Melbourne has been named.
Rahat Khan died on Tuesday 12 July and police are still investigating the exact circumstances surrounding his death.
They believe he was with a male friend when the shooting occurred, possibly in the Broadmeadows or Dallas area.
The friend put him into a car and drove off before pulling over in Millewa Crescent in Dallas to ask passers-by for help.
They called triple zero and stayed at the scene until police arrived.
Paramedics tried to revive Mr Khan but he died at the scene.
