A Noble Park hospital will soon open a 60-bed mental health wing.
The South Eastern Private team showed Greater Dandenong councillors Mayor Heang Tak, Maria Sampey and Roz Blades around the under-construction facility on Tuesday 19 July.

Professor David Barton will also head a new mental health research facility attached to the hospital.
Cr Blades said the developments would transform the area into a revitalised health precinct.
