Car, wallet robbed at knifepoint

Knife-wielding men robbed a man of his wallet and car in Dandenong.
The 52-year-old victim parked his green Toyota Corolla in a car park adjacent to the old Dandenong Library on Stuart Street about 10pm on Monday 23 January.
He was standing next to his vehicle, waiting for a friend, when three men described as African approached.
Two produced knives and demanded his keys, Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Senior Constable Tony Lavars said.
One took the victim’s keys and wallet then drove away in his car. No one was injured.
Det Sen Const Lavars appealed for any witnesses or anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
