Quest to promote city’s centre

Quest Dandenong Central is off to a flying start.
The 95-apartment property on Walker Street officially opened its doors on Wednesday 15 February.
Television personality and comedian Tommy Little, Dandenong MP Gabrielle Williams and Quest CEO Zed Sanjana were all on hand to mark the occasion.
“Since opening at the beginning of December 2016, Quest Dandenong has already been experiencing consistently high occupancy rates,” Mr Sanjana said.
“Dandenong is on a solid growth trajectory, with the revitalisation initiative anticipated to generate 5000 new jobs over the next two decades, re-establishing Dandenong as the capital of Melbourne’s growing south-east region.”
Ms Williams said the opening was an important achievement in the Revitalising Central Dandenong project which was designed to attract investment to the local area and create jobs.
“The new apartments will make Dandenong more attractive for major functions and events, which is great for the local economy and local businesses,” she said.
Quest Dandenong Central franchisee Tim Cross said the site included studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments plus on-site parking, a conference room and a gym.
“The Revitalising Central Dandenong initiative is enhancing Dandenong’s appeal as a place to live, work and visit,” he said.
To mark the opening, the Quest Dandenong Central team donated $3000 to the Pancare Foundation, which supports world leading research and delivers programs designed to address individual and changing patient needs from diagnosis through to recovery and bereavement.
Pancare Ambassador and TV personality Georgia Love accepted the donation.
