A warrant has been issued to arrest Vince Madafferi over traffic and drug-related allegations, police say.
The 51-year-old is described as 172 centimetres with blue eyes, thin build and black, greying hair.
Madafferi is known to frequent Clayton South, Dandenong and Cranbourne, police say.
An image of Madafferi has been released by police in the hope of locating him.
