Driver suffers brutal road-rage attack

A man’s nose and eye sockets were broken in a vicious road-rage incident in afternoon peak traffic in Keysborough.

The man, who was driving with his wife, had got out of his car to argue with another driver in Springvale Road between Governor and Cheltenham roads at 4.30pm on March 6. He was ‘king hit’ from behind by a third person.

Detective Sergeant Shane Pola of Dandenong police said the victim’s grey 2009 Toyota hatch had earlier cut off the other driver.

Police are seeking to talk to drivers of two mid-1990s Mitsubishi vehicles, one dark grey and the other maroon.
