Dandenong Panthers opener Tom Donnell was awarded the club’s peer-voted honour, the Brendan McArdle medal at the club’s presentation night.
Donnell, who was also honoured for making centuries against Footscray and Carlton, polled 251 votes ahead of Peter Sweeney, 174 votes, Josh Slater, 154 votes, Brett Forsyth, 152 votes, and Jack Worrell, 148 votes.
The medal is voted on by all Panthers players following each of the team’s games.
Trent Cody won best under-18 player and James Wilcock won best under-21 player, with Wilcock also winning the wicket aggregate award with 32 wickets.
Forsyth got the highest run aggregate award with 887 runs while James Nanopoulos won the Paul Brown club champion award.
Long-time club man Michael Findlay won the John Fordham Memorial Award for best club person.
