A KNIFE-wielding man fled empty handed after an attempted robbery at a Keysborough bottle shop last Thursday.
The man brandished a pocket knife and demanded money from the FoodWorks bottle shop’s attendant about 1.10pm.
Police say the attendant ran into the store’s main grocery section and the would-be robber fled empty handed along Corrigan Road.
The man is described as Caucasian, and wore blue jeans, white Adidas sneakers and a black-hooded jacket with a ‘Choppers’ logo on the back.
