Police probe bike crash

Police say speed may have been a factor in a fatal collision between a motorcycle and truck in Dingley Village last Wednesday. Senior Sergeant Simon Humphrey said the motorcyclist and pillion passenger — who both died in the collision — were travelling in a 40 km/h construction zone in Westall Road about 7.45am. The motorbike crashed directly into the side of the truck, which was turning right into Rowan Road.
