Casey area arson worries police

Police are alarmed at a spate of fires deliberately started by youths in the Casey area. Police cautioned a 12-year-old in relation to last Tuesday’s grassfire in George Avenue, Hallam. While police are looking for a group of five youths that were seen near a hard rubbish fire in Crimson Drive, Doveton, on January 9. Police are also appealing for witnesses for a suspicious car fire in National Drive, Hallam, on Monday night last week.
