POLICE hold grave fears for Noble Park woman Robyn Hall who disappeared more than a month ago.
The 35-year-old mother of three has not been since December 19, while she was away at Phillip Island. Last week, homicide squad detectives took over investigations.
Her disappearance is being treated as suspicious, with her mobile and bank accounts not being accessed since.
Police said the woman had poor social skills, but had previously kept in regular contact with her children and other friends.
She was last seen at a house in Lantana Road, Cape Woolamai, about 10pm. She last made a small withdrawal from a local bank at 3.20pm on the same day.
Police have spoken with a male friend with whom she had been staying. He told them before he left the Lantana Road property that Ms Hall told him someone was picking her up.
The next day he returned to find she was gone with no signs of her belongings.
Detective Senior Sergeant Ron Iddles of the homicide squad was pessimistic about Ms Hall still being alive.
“I’ve been doing this for a long time and if I look back at history it would be nice to stand here and say I believe that she’s alive, but sadly I don’t think that’s the case,” he said.
Police are seeking any information about a white Mitsubishi van that may have been seen in the area.
Senior Sergeant Iddles said the woman had a drug problem but he doubted she had overdosed, believing police would have found evidence to that effect by now.
He said Ms Hall rarely stayed in the one location for extended periods and she moved regularly around the south-eastern area.
