Shots fired into Noble Park home

By CASEY NEILL

A MAN has fired a shotgun into a Noble Park home, damaging the front door.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Sergeant Luke Kirton said the gunman arrived at the Huntsman Drive address about 2.30am on Saturday 21 November.
He knocked at the front door and asked for one of the home’s residents by name.
When a different person appeared he discharged the shotgun, damaging a security door and the wooden door behind it.
He’s described as about 183 centimetres tall and aged in his mid to late twenties with fair-coloured short, wavy hair.
He was wearing a polar fleece scarf to hide his face, a thick black jacket with a red and white motif on the front, and black pants.
Det Sgt Kirton said the man fled the scene on foot and that various police units, including the Dog Squad, were unable to locate him.
He urged anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
