Police are searching for vandals who torched two stolen cars in Keysborough.
Witnesses inside Keysborough Football Club heard an explosion at the Cheltenham Road venue’s car park about 8.30pm on Wednesday 12 October.
They came outside to find a vehicle engulfed in flames and called the CFA.
Firefighters extinguished the car, identified as a Holden Viva sedan stolen from Sheridan Avenue in Rowville earlier the same day.
Police are appealing for information about the initial theft and the fire.
In a separate incident, about 6.50pm on Monday 17 October, two people torched a green Nissan coupe in Whitehaven Crescent, Noble Park.
It was stolen from Newburgh Street, Keysborough, about noon the same day.
