A MAN was struck in the face with a beer glass at a Dandenong hotel last Sunday.
The man, 49, was involved in an argument with one of a group of five or six men who he had been drinking with near the smoking bay of the hotel’s gaming room.
Dandenong detective senior constable Miro Majstorovic said one of the men smashed the glass into the face of the victim, causing serious injuries to his left eye and face.
He said the attacker then left the hotel.
