Seniors karate: AM Shukokai Karate dojo in Dandenong is hosting a free one-hour karate seminar on self defence, fitness and awareness  for senior citizens  from noon-1pm on October 15.   The club will also host three self-defence sessions for mothers with those classes costing $10 per session.  The club is at 2-147 Greens Road, Dandenong South.
