Grant a boon for special needs children

Children with special needs across Greater Dandenong will benefit from a $37 million funding boost from the state and federal governments.

The one-off grant will allow students with disabilities greater access to technology and teacher support.

These include specialist software for the vision and hearing impaired, extra teacher training and enhanced aid for those starting school.
