Dandenong’s streets were humming with world music, including a mass-drum procession, on Saturday.
The Emerge Festival hosted indigenous and multicultural emerging artists presenting dance, food, crafts and song at Drum Theatre.
The festival includes the Heartlands Refugee Fine Art Prize exhibition at Walker Street Gallery until Saturday.
