Hoons link to blaze

POLICE are appealing for information about a grassfire that broke out in Fernside Drive, Bangholme, on 7 November.
Witnesses discovered the fire about 9pm, after hearing what they described as hooning and a loud bang.
Carrum Downs CFA attended and extinguished the blaze.
