Phone snatched in Dandenong

A thief stole a woman’s phone from her hand as she walked along Gladstone Road.
She was on the Dandenong North street about 9.50pm on Tuesday 6 December, talking on the phone when a man approached.
He tried to snatch it from her, but she held onto it, and ended up on the ground.
She let go and the thief ran down Kandra Street and turned left onto Holly Avenue.
He was described as 183 centimetres tall with a medium build and was wearing black clothing with a hoodie pulled over his face.
